Returns & Personalization Policy

At First Stamps, every keepsake is custom-made and uniquely personalized for you. Because these items are handcrafted to your specific details, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.

The Proofing Process (Your Design Window)

To ensure you love your keepsake, we provide a digital proof of every order before it ships.

  • Review Period: You have 48 hours from the time we send your proof to request any edits or corrections.
  • Approval: If we don’t hear from you within that 48-hour window, we will move forward with production and automatically ship your order as shown in the proof.
  • Finality: Once the 48-hour window has passed or the item has shipped, no further changes can be made.

Replacements for Personalization Errors

We take great pride in our work, but we are human! If your keepsake contains a personalization error caused by us (meaning the final product differs from the proof you approved or the details you submitted), we will send a corrected replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A clear photo showing the personalization error.
  3. Confirmation of the error compared to your original submission.

Please Note: We cannot offer replacements or refunds for errors that were present in the digital proof but not flagged during the 48-hour review window. Please review your proofs carefully!
